Terms & Conditions of Parts Sale

Shipping Policy

  • All parts are shipped freight prepaid unless freight account information is provided for 3rd party shipping
    • 3rd party shipping is not available for orders placed on the online Morgan Parts Store
  • Options for complete or partial order shipping can be elected by the customer at the time of the order
  • The following process will be followed for an election of partial shipment
    • The first shipment will be for all available items at the time the order is taken
    • A final shipment will take place when all remaining items are available to ship complete
    • For prepaid freight, freight will be charged to the customer for both shipments
  • For customers who have selected and provided account information for 3rd party shipping, multiple shipments will be processed at the discretion of the customer
  • For web orders in which items are selected for purchase from multiple Morgan branches, all items from each branch will ship together as complete from the respective branch. The total number of shipments will be equal to the total number of Morgan branches items were selected for purchase
  • Freight cost will be calculated at the time of sale
    • For web orders, freight cost will be displayed at checkout
    • For orders submitted through a Morgan sales representative, freight will be provided on the sales order acknowledgement
  • Freight cost for excessive length items
    • All excessive length items are not available for sale online, these excessive length items are displayed, but cannot be sold via an online sale
    • To purchase excessive length items, call 877-703-9415 to place the order
    • Freight cost for excessive length items will be in addition to the freight for all other non-excessive length items sold on an order
    • Freight cost for excessive length items may not be immediately available at the time an order is placed
  • Important! For all prepaid freight shipments, upon arrival of a shipment, the customer must review the shipment for damage and/or missing items, Morgan is not responsible for sending replacement shipments signed for as free & clean of damage and/or complete
  • For prepaid freight shipments and/or items identified as damaged on delivery, Morgan will provide a replacement shipment
  • For prepaid freight shipments, in the event the shipment goes missing by UPS or the carrier, Morgan will provide a replacement shipment
  • Important! For all shipments thru a customer provided 3rd party, any and all damage as well as missing shipments are the responsibility of the customer
  • Freight shipped prepaid is FOB (Freight on board) customer ship to address
  • Freight shipped 3rd party on a customer account is FOB (freight on board) Morgan dock

Customer Pick Up Orders

  • The customer may select to pick up their order from a Morgan branch in lieu of having the order shipped
  • Customer pick up is not available for web orders
  • Once a pick up date is agreed upon, the order will be picked, staged and invoiced on the same agreed upon date
  • FOB (freight on board) is effective to the customer as of the date agreed upon for pick up
  • The customer is responsible for the parts on the order on and after the agreed upon pick up date, returns are allowed as outlined in the return policy section
  • If after 30 days from the agreed upon pick up date and invoice date the customer has not picked up or contacted Morgan the parts will be considered abandoned and will subsequently be discarded and refunds will not be given

Web Order Policy

Freight Handling

  • All orders will be processed for shipment via UPS or a third-party LTL service depending on the size of the shipment
  • Email notification, including tracking information will be sent at the time of the shipment

    Orders Submitted from More Than One Morgan Branch

  • Every customer will default to the closest Morgan branch to the address for their customer account when viewing and selecting items to be purchased
  • Customers may view and select items, based on availability, outside of their default Morgan branch
  • Important! When submitting orders for items from more than one Morgan branch, freight charges will be calculated for product to ship from all branches in which purchases were selected

Credit Card Payments

Web orders

  • Credit card payment will be processed during checkout

Orders submitted to a Morgan sales representative

  • Credit card payment will be taken at the time the order is entered by a Morgan representative
  • Authorization amounts will be added to the total when excessive length items are being purchased

Return Goods Policy

  • Items may be returned within thirty (30) days of the sale
  • Some items are restricted from return which include but are not limited to:
    • All electrical components, including lights and wiring
    • Custom & truck specific items
    • Clearance or reduced priced items
    • Items which have been cut down at the request of the customer or modified by the customer or originally requested to be modified for the customer
    • Used or damaged items
    • Other parts at the sole discretion of Morgan
  • Customer is responsible for freight related to an approved return including providing tracking information to Morgan
  • Prepaid return freight is not offered by Morgan
  • Customer is responsible for items damaged during freight for the return
  • Item must return to a Morgan parts facility clean and free of damage or defects to be accepted as a return

    Steps

    1. Call 1-877-703-9415 to speak to a representative. If possible, have a copy of the invoice or invoice number & purchase order number ready.
    2. Items requested to be returned will be reviewed before approval for the return is granted
    3. Once the return is approved a return order number will be provided
    4. Customer is required to include the return order number on the return label, paperwork or customer generated packing slip
    5. Credit will be awarded once the item has returned to Morgan correctly and clean and free of damage or defects and must be in re-saleable condition
    6. Any approved return not received to Morgan within 30 days will be voided
